What does catering cost per person?

Every couple and every events manager asks it first, so here is the honest answer: our menus run from $14 to $58 per person. Then the rest of the quote fills in around the food.

What the menu price covers

The food, the cooks who make it on site, and the kit to serve it. That is the number you see on each menu page.

What gets added

  • Staff: chefs, servers and bar staff, priced by the hour.

  • Rentals: crockery, linen, furniture and anything the venue does not have.

  • Bar: drinks packages, glassware and a staffed bar.

  • Travel: free within the five boroughs, a flat fee further out.

How to keep it down

Sharing menus need fewer staff than plated ones. A shorter service window saves on hours. And a venue with its own kitchen and tableware takes a big line off the quote. Ask us, we are happy to show you where the money goes.
