An open-sided timber pavilion in a hay meadow, with the Catskills on the horizon and room for a fire pit.

We bring a full field kitchen here and cook over fire most weekends from May to October. The pavilion seats 160 at long tables, the meadow takes the drinks, and the sides drop if the weather turns.
